How to handle the return of a wrong order?

For all purchases made online there is a right of withdrawal: you can cancel your order and return the products within 14 days of collecting the package, upon notice. Since an error was made by the buyer, the return costs will be borne by him. However, it is necessary that the products are returned in their original packaging, intact and without signs of wear. As soon as we have received the material, you will be refunded using the same payment method through which the initial transaction took place, excluding any commissions.

What do I do if a damaged product is delivered to me?

If you notice that the item is damaged and inform us within 2 days of receiving it, you can request an immediate replacement (at our expense) or the creation of a voucher depending on the extent of the damage. After receiving your shipment of the faulty item, we will send you a new item in exchange. The faulty item must be shipped in the original packaging and must be perfectly intact externally.

What should I do if I forget my login details?

How can I inform you of the possibility of obtaining deductions during the renovation phase?

You can take advantage of different types of deductions. To obtain the 50% deduction, it is necessary to make the payment ONLY by bank transfer, specifying the reason for the payment, the tax code of the person making the payment, and our VAT number. Regarding the 4% and 10% deductions, which are only available for orders over €360 with VAT at 22%, you must send us the DIA (Declaration of Start of Activity) as well as a self-certification which relieves us of any responsibility in the case of false declarations, and a photocopy of the declarant's identity document.
