Your purchases are very important and for this reason we do not entrust your parcels to just any courier.

Shipping costs are considered unnecessary expenses seeking the lowest possible cost, not taking into account that a lower cost leads to an inferior service with the risk of delays, lack of communication on the status of your shipment or even failure to deliver on the pre-established dates, causing you to remain in home days waiting for your delivery.

When we ship

All shipments will be made on weekdays within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation

Delivery normally takes place within 24/48 hours* of shipment: you can track your order from the courier's website or contact customer service which is at your disposal for any questions. You will receive emails updating your order status.

* Except islands and particularly isolated or difficult to reach areas.

Please also note that during the Christmas period there could be up to a week's delay in processing the order.

The delivery time is purely indicative. The same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities.

Shipping fee

The fee for shipping and packaging is automatically calculated based on the speed of delivery and based on weight.

To find out the cost, simply insert the products with their quantities into the cart and select the type of shipping.

ElettroClick will not be responsible for any courier delivery delays.

Shipping times are not guaranteed from December 1st to December 31st due to the large number of shipments that the courier must manage; in this case they could also increase by another 24/48 hours.
