INVOICE REQUEST

For all purchases made on the website www.Elettroclick.com, the invoice request must be made at the time of completing the order. Any future requests, subsequent to purchase, will be taken into consideration only if made within 12 days of purchase. Once the 12 day limit has been exceeded, it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice.

Responsibilities'

Elettroclick is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, neither due to the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor due to any other fact not directly attributable to Elettroclick.

Technical Information

The technical characteristics of the products and components included on the Elettroclick site are obtained from the information published by the producers of the goods included in our catalogue. Elettroclick reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional characteristics of the products, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice.

Product Availability

Since access to the product catalog published on the Elettroclick website and the possibility of purchasing online could affect (in real time) the availability of the product, Elettroclick does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the goods ordered.

Risk and Property'

The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge; in the event that the goods were shipped freight collect, upon indication of the customer, the risk is to be borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated on the invoice. In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same invoice and confirmed within seven days via email or registered letter with return receipt. at Elettroclick. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects or anomalies must be reported in writing by email or registered mail. Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Shipping

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made via carriers defined by Elettroclick at its own responsibility and risk, and the related shipping cost will be charged to the buyer. In the event that the transporter is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Elettroclick declines any responsibility for loss, damage or damage to the product from the moment it is collected at the Elettroclick headquarters.

Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the website. The customer who sends the order will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order has been placed via e-mail, with the indication of the relevant order number.

Prices

All prices listed on the site are prices including VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.

Payments

The goods supplied must be paid by advance bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

Elettroclick reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after having accepted the order, to those customers who were insolvent or potentially insolvent.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery of the goods to returnreturn the items you are not satisfied with.

Only articles accepted:

- not yet used

- stored in the original packaging

- accompanied by a copy of the order

- accompanied by the exchange/return goods form downloadable at this link Exchange Form - Return of Goods.

Exchanges/returns of goods that do not comply with the rules described above and without the Exchange - Return of Goods Form will NOT be accepted.

The fixed contribution and the cash on delivery fee are not refunded.
