Urmet offers the single-family intercom kit on the market which can also be installed, based on the customer's needs, as a two-family intercom kit. We are talking about the 1122/601 kit, supplied with Mikra pushbutton panel, intercom and transformer.
The pushbutton panel is already designed to be connected to two different intercoms and its installation is simple and practical. It also has backlit keys for night vision. The intercom, on the other hand, comes with door opening and three additional buttons that can be installed subsequently, at any time: for example, they can be functional for the stairway light or for the pedestrian entrance gate.
Obviously, whether the intercom is used as a single-family or two-family house, the user can, if necessary, also add other intercoms: this is the case, for example, of an apartment where we can install an intercom on the 1st floor. floor but also an intercom on the 2nd floor.

You start by opening the pushbutton panel using the screw at the bottom using the special key supplied with the kit, and you open the intercom just as easily. At this point, proceed by connecting 4 basic wires from the pushbutton panel terminal to that of the intercom and the power supply; you will need to add one wire in the case of single-family wiring and two wires in the case of two-family wiring
If you want to make it a two-family house, proceed in the same way, connecting the cables of the new intercom to the same pushbutton panel, but paying attention to the call cable: we recommend a different color between the two intercoms to avoid exchanging calls. At this point, an intercom is connected to terminal U1, and the second intercom is connected to terminal U2 and they will function independently.
