With just a few steps and wherever you are, you can decide how to intervene on your electrical system and everything becomes simple and quick. All thanks to BTicino 's new Power ON application which allows you to remotely control the electrical system with connected circuit breaker, coupled to the home switch.
Through a simple interaction with your smartphone you have the possibility to activate and deactivate various functions, including, for example, closing the main switch that has tripped improperly due to an electrical disturbance, such as lightning, and controlling the switch remotely at any time. If the home switch trips, Salvavita Connected checks the status of the electrical system and sends a notification email to your smartphone via the App: at that point you decide how to intervene. Salvavita BTicino allows you to interact and control the home electrical system in complete freedom, guaranteeing serenity and tranquility at every moment of your day.
Installing the connected circuit breaker is simple and intuitive. Start by inserting the plugs of the cable between the power supply and the Wi-Fi module, also mounting the circuit breaker module connected to a differential, making sure to block the hooks above and below. The pieces are then inserted into the switchboard, fastening them to the DIN rail with the clips, and then connecting the Wi-Fi module cable to the motor module.
It can be mounted in two different configurations: either on a dedicated circuit to control any load via the App, or on the main line to reset the differential in case of its intervention. In the first case, a separate line must be provided for connecting the router, so that, in the event of intervention of the circuit breaker itself, the notification is sent to the user's device via the Wi-Fi module. In the second case, however, it is necessary to provide a small UPS to power the router, in order to ensure the constant functioning of the Wi-Fi module which sends notifications to the smartphone. By removing power from the panel, the rest of the wiring is carried out.
Once the circuit breaker has been installed on the system, proceed by downloading the BTicino Power ON application, available on Apple and Android. Once the lifesaver's Wi-Fi is activated, proceed by connecting the smartphone to the temporary Wi-Fi network generated by the lifesaver. At this point the application is opened and the definitive connection is made between the circuit breaker and the application itself.
