The range of new devices is available in two variants: ReStart and ReStart Self-test, both Pro or TOP. The first guarantees continuous protection of the system, without time limits until the fault is identified to rearm it in total safety; the second allows the user to manage the automatic reset times of the circuit breaker, thanks to the possibility of setting the various time intervals.
The certainty of safety is a fundamental point: the ReStart differential resets the circuit breaker once it has been verified that there are no faults in the electrical system if it trips abnormally. In this way, any damage is limited, avoiding the risk of electric shock.
What does it consist of? ReStart Autotest is a device that allows an automatic test to verify the correct functioning of the system. The test is carried out every 28 days and is ensured by special bypass contacts patented by Gewiss itself. Thanks to these periodic automatic tests, Gewiss is able to guarantee increasingly greater safety for the user and efficiency of the system.
Greater control is then possible for the end user thanks to the Wi-Fi module and the ReStart Wi-Fi App which can be associated with some ReStart devices. Thanks to this function, the user, wherever he is, can monitor the electrical system, keeping under control the quantity of energy produced and consumed, the active and reactive power, the voltage and current of the system. Furthermore, only for systems with ReStart Autotest it is possible to test the operation of the differential protection at any time. In this way you can quickly and easily view all the details relating to your electrical system on your mobile phone or tablet and the results of all the tests carried out, in the case of systems with ReStart Autotest.
